Terms of Service

This site describes the marketing services we provide to dental and medical practices. Nothing on the site is an offer or a contract. If we work together, a separate written agreement covers that work, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Program. All In Practice Growth sends text messages to people who opt in on our website form. You choose each type separately:

• Service messages: replies to your request, meeting and appointment reminders, and updates about the audit, proposal, or services you asked for.
• Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, and news about our services.

How you opt in. Check the box for each type of message on our form. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of requesting an audit, booking a call, or buying anything from us.

Message frequency varies. It depends on your requests and on where we are in working with you.

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates apply.

To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. After that, we won’t text you again unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you change or give up your phone number, text STOP from it first, or email us, so we don’t text whoever gets that number next.

Privacy. We don’t share mobile information or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to break the law or to harm anyone
• Try to hack, overload, or disrupt the site
• Submit another person’s information without their permission
• Send patient health information through our forms

The text, videos, images, and logos on this site belong to AIPG or to the people who licensed them to us. Client names, logos, and testimonials belong to those clients. You can share links to our pages. Don’t copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Marketing results vary from practice to practice. The numbers, case results, and testimonials on this site describe past work. They don’t promise the same results for your practice.

Our site embeds tools from other companies, including our website form and booking calendar (LeadConnector) and YouTube videos. Our emails link to Calendly for booking calls. Those companies’ own terms and privacy policies apply to their tools. We’re not responsible for their content or how they work.

We provide this site “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, AIPG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, that come from your use of this site or our text messages. Our total liability for any claim about the site or our text messages is limited to $100. Some states don’t allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Oklahoma law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms, this site, or our text messages will be decided only in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you and AIPG agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

When we update these terms, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If you keep using the site or stay subscribed to our texts after that, the new terms apply.
